Your mission
We are seeking a dedicated and communicative 1st Level Support Analyst to join our team.
- In this role, you will act as the initial point of contact for support issues between our company and our customers, playing a vital role in addressing and resolving service requests.
- In addition to great colleagues, you can expect an agile environment in which you will be the direct contact person for our customers and partners and provide first-level support for our ERP solution.
- First point of contact for customer inquiries related to our ERP system APplus
- You will develop solutions for technical issues together with our customers and partners.
- You independently carry out analyzes and troubleshooting for APplus.
- You document your analyses, solutions and implementation steps together as a team.
- You work in an agile setup on the continuous development of our products.
