  • Monitor and respond to alerts, logs, cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
  • Investigate incidents and support incident response activities.
  • Develop and implement security solutions, processes, standards, and procedures to protect IT systems.
  • Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS).
  • Collaborate with IT teams to secure cloud environments, networks, and data centers.
  • Provide technical support for security-related incidents, events, and issues.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, investigating, and remediating security threats and incidents.
  • Document security incidents and recommend improvements.

  • Conduct employee training on technical aspects of security awareness and best practices.
Your profile
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in IT support, system administration, or IT security.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, AD/Azure AD, and endpoint management tools.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and security frameworks (ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST).
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability management and incident response.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
