We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to ensure stable and efficient IT operations across Asseco. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day support activities, helping Kolleg*innen resolve technical issues and keeping our workplace technology running smoothly.
You will work closely with teams across the organization, acting as the first point of contact for IT-related topics. Your focus will be on diagnosing and resolving incidents, maintaining systems and equipment, and continuously improving the user experience in a modern IT environment.
Your contribution will directly impact productivity, security, and the overall quality of IT services within Asseco.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for end users and business applications
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and end-user devices
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and system components
- Support and maintain applications, system configurations, and network environments
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve performance and security issues
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system updates
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams and coordinate resolution
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of systems and processes
- Handle incidents and support problem resolution in line with internal processes
- Provide guidance and basic training to end users on IT tools and systems
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and procedures
